Immerse yourself in the historical charm of Budapest, Hungary's captivating capital. This cosmopolitan city offers a unique blend of history and relaxation. Get into the festive spirit by exploring Budapest's famous Christmas Markets, named the best in Europe in 2023! Budapest has a number of Christmas Markets, most notably at St Stephen’s Basilica and in St Stephen’s Square. Try some warm and tasty mulled wine and indulge in some traditional Hungarian street food such as Kürtőskalács pastries, roasted chestnuts and Hungarian sausages.


Visit the world-famous thermal baths and soak in the mineral-rich waters. Take a cruise along the River Danube and admire both sides of this city, from the hilly Buda district to the flat Pest district. Budapest boasts multiple UNESCO World Heritage Sites - take a ride on the Castle Hill Funicular to the Buda Castle District, a historical treasure trove.


This trip is being run by a Noma alumni, to reflect the underground and local scene of Budapest.
