We’re doubling up on excitement for this extra special Alumni Edition! Spend 1 entire month in the beautiful Colombia with your fave Noma fam.

Our trip begins in capital of salsa itself, Cali, where Salsa lover Leo will show you everything this city has to offer. The adventure doesn’t stop there as we travel to the the City of Eternal Spring, Medellín where our beloved Community Manager Juan is waiting to show you around his magical hometown. Quickly becoming one of the most popular destinations in Latin America, Medellín offers endless adventure from salsa dancing and street parties to an exciting river adventure tour.

We arrive just in time to experience Alborada, a festival of lights and fireworks which signifies the beginning of the Christmas season. The festive spirit stays alive as we take part in a Christmas light tour and a little candle's day celebration.

Noma Collective community manager - Juan

Hi there! I’m Juan, a 26-year-old from Colombia. My FOMO keeps me traveling, chasing everything the world has to offer. I love meeting new people and hearing their stories.

I’ve worked with Noma in over five countries, expanding my global perspective. I’m beyond excited to finally host a Noma Edition in Colombia—especially in December, one of the most magical times of the year for me. I can’t wait to show it to you!

Your local Community Manager

Hi there, I'm Leo. I am so excited to show you around Cali, one of my favourite cities in the world having spent just over 2 months there last year. The atmosphere's electric and that's why I keep going back for more! Other than Salsa, Cali has a great food scene, one of my favourite things to do is spend the afternoon in the local market trying all sorts of fruits and local delicacies. The city has some amazing coffee shops with delicious coffee and cakes where you can work from and when you're not working, well, you'll be dancing or exploring!

Did you know Cali, Colombia is known as the World Capital of Salsa? Learn about the cultural heritage of Salsa Caleña and try your hand at some of the moves as we take part in a salsa workshop. You'll be a pro in no time!

Festive Celebrations

We arrive in Colombia just as the Christmas festivities kick into action! Celebrate the start of December with Alborada, a fireworks event and experience the illuminating Day of the Little Candles, the unofficial start of the Christmas season.

Peñol / Guatapé

The Rock of Guatapé, also called the Stone of El Peñol, is claimed by both nearby towns. Estimated to be 65 million years old, it features a popular viewing spot at the top, which visitors can reach by hiking up a staircase built into the rock.
