From barbecues with a local family, to meeting a traditional healer, to jumping off a traditional sailboat into bioluminescent waters, to dancing the night away under the ancient baobabs; our experience is impossible to put into words but I'll say it was life changing in many ways. I learned more about myself in one month than I have in 30 years thanks to the mindful, connected, inspired experiences we had along the way.

I booked the Kenya edition on a whim just a week before the program and it was the BEST decision I ever possibly could have made.
